2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 121(1), 74, 109, 324(4), 324(5), 352 of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 11.02.2025 at about 10 AM, when informant and other police personnel, in course of checking, reached near Saidpur Petrol Pump, 13 named and 7 unknown persons, armed with Lathi, Danda and rod, attacked them and assaulted them. They also damaged police vehicle and thus, thus caused hindrance in discharge of official duties of police personnel.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and have been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Om Prakash @ Chintu Sharma. Allegation is general and omnibus. Some of the persons have been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Benches of this Court.

5. However, considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
