Mr.Abhay Kumar Roy ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the informant got stopped a car, in which three persons were sitting. On seeing the police party, they started fleeing away. On chase, two accused persons were apprehended and from their possession, ATM Cards and other documents were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Four ATM Cards, Two ATM

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40911 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Card strips, Aadhar card are said to have been recovered. The recovered Alto Car belongs to mother of the petitioner. The other co-accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 15-05-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32309 of 2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019.
