Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.7.2015. Although petitioners carries criminal antecedent of three cased but there is only allegation against him that he provided breakfast to the extremists when they assembled in the house of co-accused Bal Krishun Ram.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S.case No. 20 of 2010.
