Mr. Arun Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2025 Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Arun Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2022 dated 11.05.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354 and 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 04th March, 2025 and the coaccused persons namely, Munna Kumar @ Sachin and Shashi Ranjan Bhagat, carrying similar nature of allegation have been granted bail by this Bench vide common order dated 28.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43875 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 45070 of 2022 respectively. However, the case of the present petitioner stands on better footing than the co-accused Munna Kumar and on

No.43661 of 2025(2) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 similar footing to the co-accused Shashi Ranjan Bhagat, in fact, the informant's daughter consumed poison and died during the course of treatment and there was love affair between the deceased and Munna Kumar @ Sachin Kumar which was noticed by the informant's daughter-in-law and thereafter, the deceased committed suicide. It is lastly submitted that against the petitioner, investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel coupled with petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and the completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
