Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation against he petitioner is that the petitioner made indiscriminate firing in the house of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation is general and omnibus in nature and no injury was caused.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53867 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Nokha P. S. Case No. 93 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas.
