The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 38729 of 2020 on 22.03.2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond
