The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.171 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter and maternal grand daughter, aged about 21⁄2 years, of the informant by her inlaws and their relatives for non fulfillment of the dowry demand. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1 and 4 are brothers-in-law whereas

No.52840 of 2016 (2) dt.06-12-2016 2/2 petitioner nos.2 and 3 are married sisters of the husband of the daughter of the informant and they have falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion without any specific overt act of torturing the daughter of the informant and making demand of dowry against them.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.171 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
