The petitioner being a husband is in custody since 14.12.2018 in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.1301/2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/302/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of suicide and the petitioner is mentally sick and under pressure he was forced into marriage and therefore he may be extended the privilege of bail.

However, I am not inclined to grant him bail. It is accordingly rejected.
