The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 104 of 2021 registered under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the alleged vehicle. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that some sand were found in the trolley.
