2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 18.05.2024 at 7 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner abused and assaulted son of informant, on account of which, he sustained injury on his head. It is further alleged that this petitioner snatched gold chain from the neck of son of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute of tying buffalo on Rasta (passage), a simple occurrence of Maar-peet took place. The injury sustained by son of informant is simple in nature. Rest of the allegation is only ornamental.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 438 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
