Ms. Neelam Kumari AC to SC-3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 03.05.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, Banka.

The petitioner ought to have challenged the aforesaid order before the District Magistrate, Banka, who is the Appellate Authority.

After some arguments, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13246 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 order to prefer an appeal against the order impugned before the District Magistrate, Banka within a period of four weeks from today.

Permission is accorded.

In the event of filing of such appeal, the District Magistrate, Banka shall dispose of the appeal after affording hearing to the petitioner and other stake holders within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the observation aforesaid.
