Petitioner seeks bail in Chanan P.S. Case No.30 of 2010 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Bhaisur of the informant. He has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons had taken her husband on the pretext that her mother-in-law is ill and thereafter her husband is traceless.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence is said to have taken place on 07.06.2010 and First Information

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62138 of 2018(3) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 Report has been lodged on 19.06.2010.

Counsel for the informant submits that case has been instituted in 2010. The petitioner is in custody since July, 2018. In the written report, mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.30 of 2010, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.

Further, (i) the petitioner will remain present on each and every date of trial, (ii) His absence on two consecutive date(s) without any reasonable cause will make his bail bond liable to be cancelled, and (iii) the petitioner will not intimidate the witnesses in any way and will not hamper the trial.
