Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has drawn attention to this Court in paragraph -8 to the Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents No.5 and 6, which is quoted below:- " That it is most humbly respectfully stated that benefit of 3rd ACP has granted and in this regard as directed by D.E.O. Sheikhpura Middle School Chewara sent a letter to D.D.O., Treasury Officer, Sheikhpura and Accountant General,
Patna High Court CWJC No.14348 of 2014(2) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 Patna vide letter No. 917 dated 4.07.2015 for the payment of 3rd ACP benefit.
In view of the statement made in paragraph-8 of the counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as having become infractuous.
