2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 15.09.2015 passed in Appeal No. 63 of 2010 by the District Teachers'
Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur.
3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
