2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 142/ 2024 dated 14.11.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 126(2), 118(1) and 109(1) of the BNS.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and languishing in jail since 14.11.2024, the allegation as to assaulting the informant's son by means of Hasuli by this petitioner is completely false as the informant's son sustained simple injury which has been opined to be caused by hard and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41681 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 blunt object and in this regard, specific statement has been made in paragraph 10 of the petition.

4. Learned APP for the state has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly petitioner's fair and clean antecedent as well as completion of investigation against him and also the fact that informant's son sustained simple injury which has been opined to be caused by hard and blunt object, in my opinion, it is a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 142/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
