This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 468, 420, 188, 220, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a Panchayat Sewak. The allegation is with regard to irregularity in appointment of teachers by the Selection Committee in the year 2006 and omnibus allegation has been made against the Mukhiya and Mukhiya has been granted anticipatory bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 03.08.2016 in Cr. Misc. No.19911 of 2016.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a bench of this court, let, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,- 2nd,Araria, in Kursa Kanta P.S.Cae No. 8/2016,G.R.No. 355 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further with a condition that he will co-operate in the investigation as and when required by the police.
