2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11199 of 2025 to the extent of extending the period of surrender as the time of surrender within four weeks has expired and yet the criminal antecedent verification report has still not been received.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Excise Sasaram P.S. Case No. 441 of 2024.

4. The learned Court below is directed to immediately call for a criminal antecedent verification report within a period

No.45907 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 of two weeks from today and in case the same is not received, the petitioner would be allowed provisional bail upon surrender after three weeks and the same shall be confirmed after receipt of the criminal antecedent verification report. The learned Court below is further directed to make an enquiry as to why the delay has been caused in receiving the verification report.

5. The order dated 26.03.2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
