JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(a) For issuance of appropriate writ to the Respondent Authorities for taking legal action against the Pvt. Respondent No. 10 namely Nilu Kumari in accordance with law as well as in accordance with the directives issues by the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this
Patna High Court CWJC No.10274 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/3 Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.
15459/2014, and further a direction may kindly be issued to the concerned Respondents to verify the academic folio of the Respondent No.- 10 who has obtained the selection as Prakhand Teacher on the basis of fake, forged and fabricated Academic certificates by directing them to recover the emoluments paid to her since her selection is void ab initio.
(b) For a direction to the concerned Respondent authority to take administrative action against the Respondent officers concerned for acting malafidely under the influence of the Respondent No. 10 and without any valid reason and only on the sweet will or for some undue advantages, she has been kept continued even after several representation of the petitioner as well as the direction of the superior officials to verify the Academic Records folio of the Respondent No.
10."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, by referring to the counter affidavit filed by the Vigilance Bureau, Patna (copy
Patna High Court CWJC No.10274 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 3/3 whereof is not on record) that an enquiry was carried out and after verification 2302 certificates belonging to the Nyojit Teachers in question, were found to be fake and forged, whereafter 1497 F.I.Rs. have already been lodged and as far as the aforesaid Nilu Kumari is concerned, her folder is awaiting and as soon as the same is sent by the Education Department, appropriate action shall be taken. In such view of the matter, the Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
