2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73913/2022 to modify the order and I.A. No.1 of 20223 has been filed for extending the period of surrender.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73913/2022, the petitioners were granted bail but the address mentioned in the Aadhar Card could not match with the address

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48450 of 2023(6) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 mentioned in the order sheet, hence they could not furnish their bail bonds.

4. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the modification application is allowed and the address of petitioner nos.1 and 2 be read as "resident of village Jhandapur, P.S. Bihpur, District Bhagalpur" and I.A. No.1 of 2023 is also allowed and the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 380 of 2020, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.

5. The order dated 07.02.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application and the I.A. No.1 of 2023 stands disposed of.
