Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

On the order of this petitioner, co-accused Raghubir Ram allegedly caused injury with dagger at the upper part of the body of the informant. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.03.2019. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
