The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person committed theft of four wheeler of the informant and the same was recovered from Patel Road by Lane and Pradhan Nagar P.S. Case No. 567 of 2015 was instituted. The petitioner and others were arrested along with vehicle and the Petitioner was granted bail in that case. Submission of the petitioner is that for the same offence the petitioner has been named in the present case. Considering the fact that the petitioner is already on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48461 of 2016 (2) dt.09-12-2016 bail on the charge of recovery of vehicle from his possession, there is no need to again sent him in custody, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi /Successor Court in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.
