JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 07.08.2012, passed in Case No. 825/2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
