Petitioner is aggrieved by the order contained in Annexure-2, whereby the petitioners were removed with immediate effect from the post of 'Samanvayak'. Teachers were deputed on the post of Samanvayak. It is well settled that deputationist has no right to continue on deputation. In view of the above, the Court does not find any merit in the present application. In addition thereto the respondents have adopted new scheme and fresh qualification
Patna High Court CWJC No.12034 of 2014(2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 has been introduced for the purpose of appointment on such post. The Court does not find any merit in this case. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
