Perused the petition also and in view of the above submission, this application is allowed and in the satisfaction in the order dated 02.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 18139 of 2019, the "learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41458 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad" be read as "learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Rohtas, Sasaram".
