The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 200 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity and village party politics. Further he submits that only on the confessional statement of co-accused petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
