The petitioner seeks bail in Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 113/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on 01.04.2019 younger brother of informant informed him on his mobile that his daughter had gone to school but did not return till evening. On 03.04.2019 informant came to home and started searching his daughter. It is alleged that on 02.04.2019 informant received call on his mobile in which caller told him that his daughter is well. His brother-in -law (petitioner) had brought his daughter and he wants to marry with her.

Statement of victim recorded under Section 164

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41256 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Cr.P.C. has been filed with Supplementary Affidavit. The victim in her statement has not levelled any allegation against this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikote P.S.
