The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2017 in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.25 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that there is no specific role attached to the present petitioner and that the lady, who was sitting on the bullock-cart, was not being made an eyewitness to the occurrence and also that only one injury was found on the deceased, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
