1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner, who is the Headmaster, has filed the present writ application for issuance of necessary direction to the respondent authorities for his transfer to any other school in the district of Nalanda.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some official dispute, the petitioner, who is the Headmaster of Upgraded Middle School, Bhadari, under Silao block, has lodged First Information Report against the husband of the cook and others, due to which he is facing threat at their hands. He further submits that due to the threat, the petitioner was deputed in the Observation

Patna High Court CWJC No.10219 of 2024(3) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 Home, Nalanda, where he is at present working. He next submits that the petitioner has filed a representation/show cause for his transfer to any other school/deputation on his present assignment on 13.06.2024 before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions and taking into consideration the nature of prayer made in the writ application, the same is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all documents before the District Education Officer, Nalanda, within a period of two weeks from today.

5. If such a representation is filed, the District Education Officer, Nalanda, is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law as soon as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of the fresh representation along with a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed.
