Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 53 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(A), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 08 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
