2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

"for initiation of contempt proceeding and punishing the contemnor/opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 07.07.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 3583 of 2015."

The show cause of the opposite party nos. 3 to 6 is on record and the Mrs. Nutan Sahay learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraph no. 5 and 6 to show that consent was sought for from the land owners who chose not give consent whereafter the respondents have proceeded for acquisition of land under RFCTLARR Act, 2013 and further vide letter no. 1221 dated 08.06.2023, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarpur has already requested the Director, A N Sinha Social Studies Institute, Patna to provide social impact assessment report, the submission is that the order in that background stands complied.

4. Granting said liberty to the petitioner to agitate, if any, the petition is disposed of.
