The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is the case of the petitioners who are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased that the deceased died in accidental fire and the petitioners have also sustained 30% and 40% injuries while saving the daughter-in-law and grandchildren. The deceased was brought to the Hospital where she was found dead.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-

No.52415 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 law and father-in-law of the deceased and they have themselves sustained burn injuries and there is no chance of their absconding, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
