JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-09-2024 This is an application for quashing of the cognizance order dated 04.09.2023 passed by the learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Patna for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act against the petitioner and others in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 279 of 2020.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points at an appropriate stage i.e., at the stage of discharge.
