Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52625 of 2015 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 Mahila P. S. Case No. 14 of 2013, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 494 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners before the trial court at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.

The application is disposed of.
