The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 372 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392, 411 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner has been arrested in Balia P.S. Case No. 255 of 2018 and thereafter he has been remanded in the instant case on 6.3.2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 6.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41226 of 2019(3) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
