2.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that the dispute relating to age has been settled in terms of direction passed in CWJC No.20731 of 2011, vide order dated 02.12.2014 but the petitioners have not been paid their retiral dues, as enumerated in paragraph no.14 of writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that all the dues are admitted dues and are required to be paid in accordance with law. He also informs that the petitioners will file detail representation before the Registrar of the University

Patna High Court CWJC No.9747 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 for redressal of their grievance. The Registrar of the University is directed to consider the claim of the petitioners, as enumerated in paragraph no.14 of the writ petition, in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
