The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.529 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. In view of allegation levelled against the petitioners, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
