2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2017 in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and it is evident from the deposition of the so-called victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that she has voluntarily accompanied the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the aforesaid deposition of the victim girl who has claimed to be 16 years of age and similarly she has been assessed to be 16 years old by the Medical Board, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
