The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with other accused persons is said to have committed dowry death of the daughter of the informant by hanging her from the ceiling.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law (bhaisur) of the deceased and he has been living separately from the deceased and her husband and has no concern with their affairs. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53019 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather omnibus. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 15.06.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.
