The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Desari P.S. Case No.367 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after 15 years of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has already been removed from service. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
