Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 120-B, 333, 353, 427, 435, 283 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the condition that petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Gaya.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53710 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. However, before accepting bail bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Gaya.
