ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 05.04.2012 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger in Maintenance Case No. 25(M) of 2010 by which he has directed maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- per month to his wife and Rs. 5,000/- per month to his son. The parties are physically present in Court and they agree that the Petitioner should pay Rs. 5,000/- per month for maintenance of their son. The Opposite Party No. 2 wishes to forego her share. The parties also agree that their son will reside with whom he wishes to live and the cost will be borne by the father.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.677 of 2012 dt.11-03-2015 In view of such, the application is disposed off by modifying the order dated 05.04.2012 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger in Case No. 25(M) of 2010 to the extent that the Petitioner shall pay Rs. 5,000/- per month from the date of filing of the Petition in favour of Opposite Party No. 1, Rukmani Kumari bearing SBI A/c No. 32347552268 Munger Bazar Branch, Munger. The dues shall be paid within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
