KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The Petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 616 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner levelled by the informant who is widow of the deceased that one day prior to the occurrence, the petitioner and others had come to the residence of the deceased where there was some altercation among them regarding transaction of money. Except this allegation there is no nothing against the petitioner and the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. It has been further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 616 of 2017.
