The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the FIR instituted by the wife of the present petitioner submits that there is absolutely no allegation against the petitioner of causing any harassment to her. He submits that despite the position that no allegation has been made against the petitioner, that during the course of investigation the investigating agency has roped the petitioner. No.52952 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 considering the nature of allegation set out in the FIR, let the petitioner, namely, Sonu Kumar in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur and/or the court concerned in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2013, G.R. No. 2558 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
