The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No.38 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ramchandra Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners with reference to the FIR placed at Annexure-1 submits that the allegation is the outcome of a civil dispute. He further with reference to the observations made by the court below submits that the injury found on the person of the injured is simple in nature and not on any vital part of the body.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52964 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 considering the nature of allegation let the petitioners, namely, Baij Nath Singh and Shivnath Yadav @ Shidhnath Yadav in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail upon each of them furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Upadayay, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Buxar and/ or the court concerned in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No.38 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
