Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.126 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that police got information that some persons have assembled to commit crime. Police arrested one Deepak Sonar, who in his confessional statement has stated that he was to commit crime along with others and his friends have assembled at Azad Park. The police surrounded the place and arrested four persons including the petitioner and one knife is alleged to have been recovered from his possession.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.126 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
