Petitioner seeks bail in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.241 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Police arrested the police, but the mob got the petitioner released. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2019 having clean antecedents.
