The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Terhagachh P.S. Case No.106 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 324, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the F.I.R. has been registered on the basis of the written application of the informant Manish Kumar Mandal in which he has stated that on 26.7.2015 the petitioner entered into the yard of the house of the informant and threw the heated sand of "Murhi" upon the informant and consequently the informant sustained the burn injury.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48885 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a lady. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place due to petty reason. In the injury report, it has not been indicated whether the injury is simple or grievous.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Smt. Rumpa Kumari, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kishanganj, in connection with Terhagachh P.S. Case No.106 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
