In the present case, the petitioner is only seeking regularization of his service in the Bihar State Electronic Development Corporation (for short "BELTRON") as he has been appointed in Intercom Project in Patna, later on, became employee of the BELTRON and thereafter he was transferred to Bihar Mining System Limited and was posted at Dhanbad. Later on, the petitioner was retrenched from the service, but on account of the award passed in favour of the petitioner, he was reinstated in service and at present he is working in the head

Learned counsel for the BELTRON submits that for the first time the petitioner has been brought in the Headquarter in the year 2017, before that he was the employee of the Bihar Mining System Limited.
Let the Managing Director, Bihar State Electronic Development Corporation, consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his service and take decision in accordance with law. For convenience, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation, bringing all the facts to the notice of the Managing Director of the Bihar State Electronic Development Corporation, who will decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
