Petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 304 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 115, 120(B), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught by the police in the course of vehicle checking on a motorcycle with two other accused persons who were carrying local bomb in polythene kept by Jitendra Kumar. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since, 14.08.2017.

P.S. Case No. 304 of 2017.
