JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are distant relation of the husband of the victim of dowry death.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners to have committed death for dowry along with other accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58489 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Piprakothi Police Station Case No. 203 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
